From Worn Wood to Lasting Luxury: A Deck Transformation at Lake Ozark
Before: The original wood deck near Lake Ozark was showing signs of age, with rotting and cracking that compromised both its appearance and durability.
After: We transformed this deck with high-quality Trex Foggy Wharf composite decking, perfectly paired with a sleek white aluminum railing. Supported by robust 6×6 posts mounted on concrete piers, the new deck features a fully treated frame for long-lasting strength. The composite decking is installed with a hidden fastener system, leaving a seamless look and promoting efficient drainage. Matching fascia completes the design, adding the finishing touch to this durable, beautiful outdoor space.
Reviving Rustic Charm: A Complete Exterior Makeover for a Cabin-Style Home
Before: The cabin-style home was showing serious wear, with siding falling apart, damaged window trim, and a deteriorating wood deck, creating safety concerns and an outdated look.
After: We gave this charming home a full exterior upgrade, starting with removing the old siding and fixing up all window trim. The house now features Charter Oak Dutch lap horizontal siding on key sections, with board-and-batten accents for a classic, rustic touch. Each window is custom-wrapped in aluminum, as is all the fascia, ensuring durability and a polished finish. For added ventilation, we installed Charter Oak hidden vent soffits, blending practicality with style. The old deck was fully rebuilt, adding both safety and a proper staircase for convenient upstairs access.
This transformation restores the home’s beauty and structure, providing a refreshed, timeless cabin aesthetic.
Built to Last: A New 12x12 Deck with Seamless Design and Long-Lasting Durability
Before: The old 12×12 deck needed a complete overhaul to ensure safety, durability, and a clean, updated look.
After: We removed the existing deck and constructed an entirely new one, starting with sturdy 6×6 posts set on concrete piers and a treated lumber frame for lasting support. The deck surface features Trex Select in Pebble Grey, installed with hidden fasteners placed in the grooves of each composite board. This technique keeps screws invisible and ensures precise, even spacing between boards. To complete the look, picture-framed boards cover all edges, giving the deck a smooth, finished appearance from every angle, with no visible cut ends.
Stairs and fascia are built with the same hidden fastening system, keeping the design cohesive and seamless. The deck and stair edges are lined with a durable, rust-proof aluminum railing that resists warping and rotting, with a color that lasts as long as the railing itself. This new deck is built to withstand the elements, combining beauty with superior durability.
Complete Exterior Makeover: A Bold New Look for a Sedalia Home
Before: The home’s exterior was in need of serious updates, with failing siding and an old deck that no longer served its purpose.
After: This Sedalia home now boasts a stunning transformation. We replaced the old siding with Diamond Kote siding in a rich Bordeaux color, complemented by black fascia and soffits and crisp white-trimmed windows for a striking contrast. A new CedarTone deck spans the entire front of the home, complete with a roof buildout addition for added functionality and charm. To top it off, the entire roof was replaced, completing this full exterior makeover with durability and style.
