Understanding the process is priority for us and our customers

Roof Replacement

The Architectural Shingles we install have a lifespan from 20-30 years, so if you have a roof reaching that lifeline, it would be a good idea to get you roof checked out.

But here are a few other things that might be concerning when dealing with your roof.

  • Damaged Shingles: Ripping, Curling, and Lifting up are all signs of a worn roof or roof that has been damaged from hail or wind. This certainly compromises the effectivity of your shingles.

  • Sagging roof: Having dips or a wavy roofline is a cause for concern. This means your roofs sheathing is lifting on the seams or sagging in between rafters. The main reason for this to happen is moisture entering under the shingles and bad or poorly installed underlayment.

  • Leaking Roof: This is an obvious sign, but call us as soon as you notice it so we can identify the reasons and asses the best fix for you.

  • Roof streaks: Sometimes you'll notice dark streaks on the shingles. This means your shingles aren't fully protecting your sheathing from moisture and over time can lead to serious damage.
